ABOUT QUEST
Quest Utility Construction, Inc., was founded in San Antonio, Texas, in 1999 by brothers Roman Solarczyk and Joseph Moreno. Their combined experience and work ethic has grown their business into a thriving utility construction company.
Quest’s foundation is built on the highest personal integrity, commitment to superior quality construction, and unwavering work ethic. This has made Quest Utility Construction, Inc., the Quest we know today. Quest has constructed telecommunication systems in cities all over Southwest Texas in our direct operations areas. We have completed system rebuilds due to hurricane network disaster response and relief in both Florida and Texas. This includes Hurricanes Charlie, Francis, Ivan, Rita, Dolly, Ike and Harvey. We maintain a large fleet of trucks and equipment with in-house mechanical fleet services, ongoing safety training compliance, and continued employee training.
Quest is dedicated to providing full quality service to the utility industry and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to our customer's complete satisfaction. Quest continues to “set the standard” for excellence.
